ASMA in Tashkent with the Turkish Architecture Delegation

ASMA took part in the Turkish Architecture Forum held in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan, together with the delegation of the Turkish Association of Freelance Architects (TürkSMD).

Held on 13 November 2019 in cooperation between the Uzbekistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry and TürkSMD, the forum brought together public and private sector representatives of both countries to strengthen commercial, economic and investment relations in architecture and construction between Türkiye and Uzbekistan.

Ali Sinan represented ASMA within the delegation of architecture offices from Türkiye. In his presentation during the forum, Sinan shared ASMA’s work in architecture, urban design and cultural heritage with sector and public representatives in Uzbekistan.

Presentations on ongoing urban development and building projects in Uzbekistan were given, alongside bilateral meetings between Turkish and Uzbek business circles. The talks focused on developing new collaborations in architecture and construction and strengthening professional ties between the two countries.
