Ali Sinan Spoke on Public Space and Collective Production at Street Forum
ASMA founder Ali Sinan took part as a speaker at Street Forum, held under the theme “Urban Commons Through Collective Action.”
Focusing on rethinking public space through collective action and the participation of different actors, the forum brought together figures from architecture, urban design, landscape and other disciplines. In his session, Ali Sinan discussed public space, design and collective production through examples from architectural practice.
Throughout the event, the production of shared spaces in the city, the participation of different actors in design processes, and how public space can respond to changing needs were discussed from various perspectives.
Street Forum was held in collaboration with the Embassy of France in Türkiye, Institut français Turkey, the Renaissance Education Foundation and AKS.
